In connection with the services we provide through the Platform, personal data may be processed in the following categories:

Identity information: full name, date of birth, identity/passport number (to the extent necessary for travel reservations)

Contact information: email address, phone number, address

Reservation and transaction information: travel dates, route, accommodation preferences, passenger/guest information, past reservations

Financial information: payment/card details (processed through secure payment infrastructure providers compliant with applicable law; card details are not stored on Voyago servers)

Transaction security information: IP address, login/logout records, password details (encrypted)

Marketing information: campaign participation history, user preferences, cookie data

Location data: device location with your explicit consent, for the purpose of providing nearby hotel/service recommendations

Customer support records: live support conversations, complaints and requests

Creating and managing your membership/account

Processing reservation transactions and coordinating with Suppliers (hotels, airlines, tour operators, etc.)

Processing payments and invoicing

Providing customer support services and managing requests and complaints

Ensuring Platform security and preventing fraud and misuse

Fulfilling legal obligations (tax, accounting, consumer legislation, etc.)

Conducting marketing, campaigns and personalized recommendation activities where you have provided explicit consent

Statistical analysis and Platform development

Your personal data is collected electronically through forms you complete on the Platform, membership and reservation processes, cookies and customer support channels.

Your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK:

• Being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (reservation contract)

• Compliance with a legal obligation

• Legitimate interests of the data controller (Platform security, fraud prevention, etc.)

• Your explicit consent (marketing communications, location data processing, etc.)

• Being necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a legal right

Your personal data may be shared with the following parties, limited to the purposes specified above and with necessary security measures:

• Suppliers such as hotels, airlines, tour operators, and car rental companies for the purpose of processing reservations

• Payment institutions and banks

• Cloud services, server hosting and technical infrastructure providers

• Public institutions and organizations authorized by law (upon request)

• Third parties providing audit, consultancy and legal services

In cases where personal data needs to be transferred abroad, the transfer is carried out in accordance with Article 9 of KVKK and the regulations of the Personal Data Protection Board, either by obtaining your explicit consent or by providing other appropriate safeguards as stipulated by law.

Upon expiration of the retention period, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with Article 7 of KVKK.

Voyago takes technical (encryption, access control, firewalls, etc.) and administrative (authorization, confidentiality agreements, employee training, etc.) measures to protect your personal data against unlawful access, loss, modification or disclosure.

Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, as a data subject you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed

• To request information regarding processing if it has been processed

• To learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in accordance with its purpose

• To know the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad

• To request correction of incomplete or inaccurately processed data

• To request deletion or destruction of data within the conditions set out in Article 7 of KVKK

• To request that the correction, deletion and destruction operations be notified to the third parties to whom your data has been transferred

• To object to the emergence of a result against you arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems

• To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing

You can submit your requests regarding these rights to [email protected] or in writing to the Company's registered address. Your request will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days, depending on its nature.

Voyago reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time in line with legislative changes or updates in business processes.

The updated Policy enters into force on the date it is published on the Platform.
