Terms & Conditions

Platform: the website www.voyagoo.com.tr owned by Voyago and all related digital services.

Service: travel, accommodation, tour, transportation and related reservation/intermediation services offered through the Platform.

Supplier: third-party business partners involved in the delivery of the Service, such as hotels, airlines, tour operators and car rental companies.

Member: a User who has created an account on the Platform.

Voyago is a platform that intermediates the booking of travel services between Users and Suppliers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Voyago is not the direct provider of accommodation, transport, tour or similar services; it acts as an intermediary that facilitates the establishment of such services between the User and the Supplier.

Some features of the Platform may require creating an account. You must have legal capacity to register.

You are responsible for the accuracy, currency and completeness of the information you provide at registration.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password, etc.) and for all actions performed through your account.

If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify Voyago immediately.

Voyago reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships in cases of false/misleading information, fraud suspicion or violation of these Terms.

Each reservation made through the Platform is subject to the relevant Supplier's own terms and conditions (cancellation policy, check-in/check-out rules, baggage policy, etc.).

You are responsible for the accuracy of passenger/guest information (name, contact details, identity/passport information, etc.) entered during reservation.

Prices and availability may change at any time; prices and availability are not guaranteed.

Unless stated otherwise, prices displayed on the Platform include applicable taxes; in addition to the service fee, Voyago may charge a separate service/intermediation fee which is clearly shown before the reservation is completed.

Payments are processed via the payment methods listed on the Platform (credit/debit card, digital wallet, etc.) through secure payment infrastructure providers.

Invoices and fiscal documents are issued by the Supplier and/or Voyago in accordance with applicable law.

Cancellation and refund conditions vary depending on the type of reservation and the Supplier's policy and are communicated to the User on the reservation confirmation screen/email.

Within the scope of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal may not apply to contracts for services to be performed on a specific date or period, such as accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, food/beverage supply and leisure services; relevant exceptions are communicated to the User before reservation.

Refundable amounts are returned within the periods set out in the applicable law, in accordance with the accepted payment method and the Supplier's policy.

All trademarks, logos, designs, software, content and other intellectual products on the Platform belong to Voyago or its licensors and are protected under applicable law.

These elements may not be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without Voyago's prior written consent.

By using the Platform, the User agrees to refrain from the following conduct:

• Sharing content or conducting transactions that violate applicable law, morality or public order.

• Using software, code or methods that threaten the security of the Platform (viruses, bots, scraping, etc.).

• Using another person's identity or payment information without authorization.

• Misusing the Platform by creating fictitious reservations or harming Suppliers.

• Engaging in actions that infringe Voyago's intellectual property rights.

In case of violation of these obligations, Voyago reserves the right to restrict access, suspend/close the account and take legal action.

Voyago limits its liability to the extent permitted by mandatory law for damages arising from the quality or timely performance of Supplier services, or from the Supplier's failure to fulfill its own obligations, insofar as it may be held liable as an intermediary.

Voyago does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure; liability for damages arising from force majeure, technical failures or third-party issues is limited to the extent permitted by mandatory law.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services.

Voyago is not responsible for the content or practices of such third-party sites; access to and use of those sites is subject to the respective site's own terms.

Voyago may suspend or terminate a User's membership with or without prior notice in case of a breach of these Terms or for reasonable cause.

The User may also request termination of their membership at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

Bursa Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts, along with other competent authorities, have jurisdiction over disputes.

Voyago reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time.

The updated Terms enter into force on the date they are published on the Platform. Users will be informed through reasonable means in case of material changes.
